Shipping policy
We all know the holidays are a busy time, and as a holiday-specific brand, our products may be subject to unforeseen postal service delays due to order volume around that time, weather events, and more. We appreciate your patience and will do everything in our power to get your products to you in a timely manner. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout based on the items in your cart.
If your order only contains a book, the most economical shipping option is generally Standard Shipping, though quicker options are available to customers wishing to expedite their order. If you choose to purchase a bundle, or add a commemorative product to your order, you may see different shipping solutions and their corresponding costs.
International Shipping
We are currently only offering shipping within the USA, and to Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia and New Zealand. We truly appreciate the interest in our products from our prospective international customers. If you live outside of these areas and must have a book, please email us at customerservice@thesantabook.com. With enough interest, we will consider adding additional markets to our shop.
Tracking and Updates
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@thesantabook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on all items. Please see our Refund Policy for more information. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@email.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
