We have some not-so-great news to share regarding the estimated shipping date of The Santa Book. Due to delays from our manufacturer, we now cannot guarantee delivery to your home in time for Christmas.
In the spirit of full transparency, the shipment is scheduled to clear customs no later than the 16th, and we expect your book to ship around December 20th. We will continue to update you as we have more info about expected delivery dates.
Many families choose to make it through one last Christmas and have the Santa talk after the 25th. But we understand if you need your copy sooner, and are taking the following steps:
- You may cancel your order penalty-free at any time by emailing customerservice@thesantabook.com and requesting cancellation.
- If you are able to receive your book after the 25th, we’ll add a free certificate that welcomes your child to the "other side" of the Santa Claus tradition.
We are tremendously grateful for the outpouring of enthusiasm for our self-published title in this inaugural year, and are floored by the demand we've received. Thank you for your support and patience. We can't wait to get The Santa Book into your hands!
